We have restored the former warehouse of the mill by the river, making a welcoming centre for hospitality and eating. All organic and typical products of Sabina, with wild herbs from the reserve, are made with simple traditional recipes: vegetables, meat, eggs and extra virgin olive oil. All pasta is home-made: from fettuccine to Ravioli, form Gnocchi to Pappardelle. Ore Bovine, pork and mutton meats come from Sabina's bio, grazing breeding farms.
