Mrs. Anna, the owner, knows how to cook for someone, making you taste Sabina's specialities made with her own hands: bread, vegetables cooked au gratin, frittelle, entrails, pasta with beans, fettuccine and stringozzi pasta, little pork, boar meat, and so on; everything is accompanied by wine from Sabina's hills and from the best national DOC productions.
