Paola and Francesca Pinci have conceived this gastronomic project together, creating a restaurant where Francesca - the chef - makes dishes which combine tradition and genuineness, and Paola - the room director - welcomes all customers with a refined and domestic hospitality. The two "comari" serve dishes inspired by Sabina's cuisine, appraising all ingredients from La Mola - olive oil, patés, jam, vegetables and herbs - and recovering old local recipes which are only apparently forgotten.

We are lucky to live in Sabina, a land that since ancient times has been meant for ever-green olive trees. Moreover, being at the centre of a farm allows our guests to have wide spaces for walking, resting in the shade and spending a day in harmony with nature.
