Nine year of open air concerts in the splendid cornices of the medieval borough of Fara Sabina with hundreds of students from all over the world, international artists teaching in the Summer School and on stage participating as performers have made the reputation of this festival. The International Farfa Music Jazz Live attracts the most interesting talents of Europe.

Because it was considered of great value the Fara Music Festival in 2012 was sponsored by the Italian Commission for UNESCO. It was judged one of the most interesting musical initiatives at international level because of its setting in such an interesting location at only forty minutes from Rome. 

The Fara Music Festival offers music of the highest standards absolutely free and at the same time gives the opportunity to enjoy the delicious flavours of Sabine dishes at the various food stalls, visit the photographic exhibitions that are set up for the visitor and a make purchases from a huge choice of souvenirs made by artists and artisans that come from all over Italy.

One only has to wait for Monday 27th July 2015, the day when the seminars of the Fara Musical Summer School and the concerts of the Fara Music Festival begin, preceded by the finals of the Premio Fara Music Jazz Live starting at 21.30.
