It is an amazing rappresentation of olive oil and the olive tree. Visitors are taken along this journey in which they will experience 'the memory room' where peasants describe the best oil in the world in a video.

Archeological Museum

It is layed out over 3 floors, with materials and illustrations of the historical evolution of the Sabine, from the Paleolithic Era to the Roman period. It contains artefacts from the city of Cures, considered the most important city by the Sabines of the Tiber.

Soratte Bunker
​
The most impressive underground work of Italian military engineering created by B.Mussolini in 1937. It was a Nazis den during World War II and a fallout bunker for the higher offices of the Italian state during the Cold War. An extraordinary 20th century place to visit.
